Heal Your Heart Through Your Hand
A Therapeutic Writing Workshop Facilitated by Anael Harpez
Writing Therapy is a way of dialoguing with your soul, an opportunity to heal your heart through your hand in a safe & supportive environment.
Through inspirational guided exercises we connect in the present moment with feelings & memories, from our subconscious, that we might not be aware of. This workshop process supports us to connect with emotions inside, ready to surface in order to be released, transformed & experienced from a different perspective.

Hosting the "Courage Kitchen" project
Courage Kitchen prepares and distributes thousands of meals daily, crafted by some of Israel's finest chefs. The initiative aims to deliver comforting, home-style meals to tens of thousands of evacuees from the North and South of Israel, IDF soldiers, and survivors of the Nova Festival.
The project was initiated at the onset of the war by Chef Goma Galili and entrepreneur Gil Ackerman, partners in the international catering company “Fe Parfe”. They were joined by their friend Alan Klinger, who manages outreach to Jewish communities in the USA and oversees fundraising efforts within the Diaspora.
Courage Kitchen’s team comprises top-tier culinary and operations professionals, supported by hundreds of dedicated volunteers. These volunteers handle tasks such as peeling, cutting, packing, transporting, and serving meals to those in need.
During the first month of conflict, we provided meals to over 35,000 people, and the demand for hot, nutritious food continues to grow daily. Our objective is to supply approximately 100,000 meals each month, contributing to the significant civil effort underway in the country.
To achieve and sustain this goal, we need your support.
